Gin Rickey

Difficulty: Easy

  1. Fill glass with ice
  2. Pour juice of lime and gin into a highball glass over ice cubes. Fill with tonic water and stir.
  3. Add the wedge of lime and serve.

  • 25ml Thin Gin
  • 75ml tonic water
  • Juice of 1/2 limes
  • 1 Lime wedge

Bloody Mary

Difficulty: Easy

  1. Place the ice into a tall glass and add the gin.
  2. Add the lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce and tomato juice. Stir well.
  3. Adjust the seasoning, to taste, with salt and pepper and serve straightaway.

Cassis Fizz

Difficulty: Easy

  1. Pour the gin, juice, sugar, and egg white into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  2. Shake vigorously. More than usual if using the egg white to ensure it is mixed thoroughly with the other ingredients.
  3. Strain into a chilled highball glass with ice cubes.
  4. Top off with soda water.
  5. Garnish with a cherry.
